Lovely ballgags! I think this gag would have worked nicely with the extra version you have posted on Pixiv, too, as it'd justify a little bit of drool to add to the distress. ;)
Still like the Pixiv only version though, for the thingie and the extra blushing, although I think the way you tied the thingie is a bit precarious and therefor can easily lean sideways and get loose after a bit of struggling.
